Travelling by road
From London: M1, then A1(M) - exit Wetherby (9 miles from Harrogate)

Parking 

We are operating a Park & Ride scheme from the Dragon Road car park (HG1 5DB) on both days of the show.  The Park & Ride buses  run from 8.30am – 6pm on Sunday and on Monday 8.30am – 5pm.  The buses circulate approximately every 10 minutes and the journey time from Dragon Road to the venue is about 5 minutes.

The majority of roads in the area around the HIC have ‘free’ parking on Sunday, so you could opt to park in  Kings Road, Springfield Avenue and Crescent Gardens, as all are within easy distance of the venue.

Parking is also available at the HIC, with additional parking at the Jubilee Multi-Storey Car Park, Montpellier and Victoria Multi-Storey Car Parks. These are all within a short stroll from the venue and there will be a charge for parking in these car parks.  To view the full  list of tariffs for the car parks in Harrogate please visit Parking in Harrogate.

AA signs for the PATS show will direct you to the venue and there will be PATS Park & Ride signs displayed in Dragon Road and Kings Road to help you.  View and download a town centre map of Harrogate.

Travelling by rail
Train services to and from London Kings Cross is run by East Coast.  These run to either Leeds or York.

Travelling by air
Leeds Bradford International Airport (LBIA) is the closest airport to Harrogate.  There are regular daily flights from many connections in Europe and worldwide.

Sandown Park is in a picturesque parkland setting in the town of Esher, Surrey, with superb travel links.  Located within the M25 it is only 25 minutes by train from London Waterloo or 15 miles from south west London. For visitors travelling by air, London Heathrow Airport is approximately 12 miles, while London Gatwick Airport is around 25 miles distant.

Travelling by road
From London, take the A3 and follow the brown venue signs to Sandown Park.

Alternatively, from the M25 exit at Junction 10 and follow the A3 towards London; exit onto the A307 and follow the brown venue signs.  The Portsmouth Road car park is off the A307 Esher High Street directly in front of the main entrance.  Parking at the venue is Free of Charge.

Travelling by rail
Trains to Esher station for Sandown Park run from London Waterloo and Clapham Junction approximately every 20 minutes and the journey time is 25 minutes.

Esher station is approximately 10 minutes flat walk from the main entrance.  On leaving the station turn left onto Station Road and then right at the 'T' junction to join the A307 Portsmouth Road.  The entrance to Sandown Park is on the right hand side.

A courtesy bus service will run from the station on open days from 0830hrs to 1730hrs on Tuesday 20th March and 0830hrs to 1630hrs on Wednesday 21st March.  The bus will be a continuous service and will tie in with train arrival times, the journey from the station to the venue is 5 minutes.
