How do I register for PATS?
You can register online, over the telephone or we can mail you a leaflet to register your details by post. Simply call us on 01892 862848.
Do I need a ticket to enter the show?
Yes. You will need to register for the show, either on the door or prior to the event. Registering in advance is the quickest, easiest way to visit. Once you’re registered, we’ll email you your e-ticket. On arrival, simply scan your e-ticket at one of the registration points to receive your official PATS 2013 badge. Once your badge is printed, you will have full access to enter the show.
If you can’t print your e-ticket, simply make a note of the Badge Reference Number and bring it along to the registration point at the show to get your Badge. Or if you have a smartphone, then you can scan this at one of the special barcode scanners at one of the registration points.
If you don’t have email, you can elect to receive your ticket by post; these are usually sent about two weeks ahead of the show.
I’ve lost my e-ticket and visitor reference details. Do I need to re-register?
Register here and enter your name and email address at the prompt; your reference number will be emailed to you. You can then print your visitor reference number or make a note of it to bring it along. If you have any problems, just call us on 01892 862848 and we can access your details to confirm your visitor reference number for you.
How much does it cost?
Registration and entry to PATS is completely free of charge. We also offer all visitors:
- Free participation in all seminars and demonstrations
- Free parking (on street parking in Harrogate on Sunday and park and ride on Monday)

Can I bring a colleague or guest?
