Chanelle launches a new range of pharmaceuticals for minor species

Irish based firm, the Chanelle Group has launched a new range of specialized anti-parasitic products for minor species. The range of pharmacueticals is specifically designed for the use in birds, pigeons, reptiles, rodents, small animals and pond and aquarium fish.

These Chanelle pharmaceutical products include broad spectrum wormers that treat and protect against ecto- and endoparasites, such as mites, lice, fleas tapeworm and fluke, and are designed to be used as part of a routine worming programme.

The products which are administer topically and orally have active ingredients including Ivermectin, Permethrin, Fenbendazole and Praziquantel.

The range includes Zantel Tablets, Animec Maxi Spot On, Animec Micro Spot On, Zerofen Capsules, Zeromet Spot On, Praz Aqua Powder, Zerofen Oral Suspension and Chanaverm Oral Suspension.

These products are licensed under the small animal exemption scheme, which allows companies to market products for minor species without a marketing authorization.
