The thick mesh padding is comfortable but still flexible and lightweight, it helps prevent matting in curly coats and ensures no rubbing! Safety is always a priority for our four-legged best friends so the O-ring works as a safety failsafe where the buckle will catch if it's not been done up properly. There is a second D-ring espeically for an ID tag so you no one accidentally clips their lead to the tag by mistake!
