Following increased measures as set out by government on Monday, Yorkshire based manufacturer The Innocent Pet, has remained open as an essential workplace supplying pet retailers across the country, and is continuing to produce, pack and dispatch orders as usual.

MD Chloe Heaton commented “We have seen large increases online and from our retailers ordering our air-dried complete food, as it’s a perfect option for raw feeders without having to use precious freezer space.”

The family-run company has reassured its customers that there is no delay to orders being placed, as production schedules are being closely monitored and adjusted to maintain stock levels.

Chloe said, “The wellbeing of our team is paramount, so we are doing everything we can to support our colleagues throughout the factory to keep everyone safe. We have adjusted working practices within our production and warehouse teams to accommodate advice concerning social distancing, with staff working from home where possible.”
