PET FIRST AID IS ABOUT TO LOOK VERY DIFFERENT…

Dr Scott Miller partners with Poorly Paws to challenge the pet first aid category — with an exclusive first look coming to PATS 2026.

Celebrity veterinarian and broadcaster Dr Scott Miller BVSc MRCVS has joined forces with innovative pet first aid brand Poorly Paws in an exciting new partnership set to bring fresh thinking to pet care and preparedness.

Combining Dr Scott’s veterinary expertise and passion for animal welfare with Poorly Paws’ innovation, design and sourcing expertise, the partnership will see the development of smart, beautifully considered products for life’s unexpected moments — created around the needs and lifestyles of today’s increasingly knowledgeable and engaged pet parents.

And they’re not revealing everything just yet.

Behind the scenes, Dr Scott and the Poorly Paws team have been working on an entirely new collection that promises to take the category into unexpected territory — bringing together trusted expertise, practical functionality and thoughtful design with a more modern, desirable approach to being prepared.

Dr Scott Miller said:

“Pet owners want to feel confident that they can help when something unexpected happens.  By combining the right knowledge with cleverly designed, accessible products, I believe we have a real opportunity to rethink how pet first aid fits into modern pet parenting.

“We’re creating something genuinely different together — and I’m looking forward to giving the industry its first glimpse at PATS.”

WANT TO SEE WHAT’S COMING?

The first products from the collaboration are being kept firmly under wraps until PATS, where retailers, distributors and pet industry buyers will be among the first to receive a private preview of the forthcoming range.

Dr Scott will join the Poorly Paws team on Monday 28 September at the NEC Birmingham, meeting buyers and personally introducing the new collection ahead of its wider market reveal.

The category is ready for a shake-up.
