The Grooming Zone
PATS 2026's Grooming Demonstrations return this year with an expanded programme, delivered in partnership with the British Isles Grooming Association (BIGA).
Alongside the live grooming demonstrations PATS visitors know, BIGA will also be running a dedicated series of sessions for retailers on selling grooming products with confidence. Expect practical, groomer-led insight covering everything from coat types and product selection to welfare-focused practices and the skills that keep customers coming back, giving retail teams the knowledge to talk grooming with real authority on the shop floor.
What's on:
- Live grooming demonstrations — see professional groomers at work, with techniques and finishing touches you can bring back to the shop floor.
- Retailer sessions with BIGA — practical, trade-focused talks on product knowledge, customer conversations, and selling grooming ranges effectively.
BIGA is the British Isles Grooming Association, a not-for-profit trade association run by groomers, for groomers, and an associate member of the Canine and Feline Sector Group (CFSG). Their focus on standards and hands-on industry experience shapes everything they bring to The Grooming Zone.
