Tavo Pets is thrilled to announce that its Pet Safety Travel Range, featuring its Maeve™ pet car seat, Dupree™ car seat and carrier, Crispin™ pet crate, and Hendrick™ car seat and carrier, has been shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious ‘Product of the Year: Accessories & Technical’ category at the PetQuip Awards 2025.
Judging took place at Birmingham Dogs Home, led by a panel of leading pet care experts. This marks Tavo’s first time entering the PetQuip Awards, having only launched in the UK last year - making the finalist recognition even more exciting. The winners will be revealed at a celebratory awards dinner on Monday 29 September at the National Conference Centre, held alongside the PATS trade show at the NEC.
As part of the judging process, Tavo generously gifted its entire travel range to Birmingham Dogs Home, the PetQuip Awards’ beneficiary charity. The donation is already making a meaningful impact. Tavo’s crash-tested pet travel range offers one of the safest solutions for pets and passengers on the road, while also ensuring a comfortable and secure environment. One of the youngest residents, Wilma, an 8-week-old Olde Time English Bulldog puppy, has been putting the products to good use — getting familiar with car travel ahead of her journey to her forever home.
Coincidentally, Dr. Scott Miller, Tavo’s Global Ambassador and vet surgeon, has also recently become an official ambassador for Birmingham Dogs Home, further strengthening the brand’s commitment to animal welfare in the pet community.
