- Your product must have been launched to the trade since 1st October 2025. The Showcase is for NEW Products only.
- Products on display must not exceed 1m x 1m x 1m in size. If a product is larger than this, exhibitors should enter an A4 photograph or image of their products instead, which must be brought on-site and will be displayed on the stand in place of the product.
- There is no limit to the number of entries permitted. Please note: Product Ranges may only be entered if the range is presented and packaged as a single unit and does not contain more than 5 products.
- Entries must be submitted before the deadline of 28th August 2026. Entries not submitted by this date cannot be accepted on-site. Please refer to your exhibitor manual for further, important information to which you must adhere, for your entry/entries to be accepted.
- An official entry form & payment must be received for submission of each product.
- Only entries submitted with a photograph will be accepted (jpeg format, 300dpi). If you don’t have a product image you can use your company logo. This will appear on the New Product Showcase pages on the PATS website.
- Your entered product should also be displayed on your stand.
- No product(s) are to be removed from the Showcase before 1600hrs on Tuesday 29th September. All products must be collected from the stand on that night by 1800hrs otherwise they will be collected and donated to the official PATS charity.
- Products will be judged by a panel of retailers at PATS 2026. Winners will be announced at the Pet Industry Awards to the held on 27th September 2026 at the NEC Concourse Suites
- Exhibitors must bring their entry confirmation email for their new product to the show, as proof of entry (this will be sent out approximately 2 weeks before the show).
- Entries will be used in PATS 2026 pre-show publicity, unless you opt out of this via this form.
- The Product Name, RRP and Product Description submitted on this form will all appear alongside each product entered for the Awards along with your company name & stand number
- Products can be delivered to the Showcase between 1200 and 1700hrs on Saturday of build-up (26th September 2026). Any products not delivered between these times cannot be guaranteed a place on the stand.
- Exhibitors will not be permitted to leave any literature or point of sale material on the PATS New Product Showcase stand. Any such material will be removed.
- The Organisers of PATS will endeavour to accommodate every entry but reserve the right to remove or refuse entries at their own discretion.
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all participating exhibitors and will be enforced by the Organisers as far as possible. The Organisers however do not accept responsibility for any entries which do not fully comply.
- All items are left and displayed at the exhibitor’s own risk. The Organisers cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any item(s). Please note, the Organisers cannot monitor visitors taking photographs of the New Product Showcase.
- Entries will cost £125 plus VAT for the first entry, which includes one ticket to the Pet Industry Awards at PATS where the New Product winners will be announced. Subsequent New Product Entries will be charged at £50 plus VAT per entry. Additional Awards Dinner tickets can be purchased at a cost of £150 plus VAT per ticket.
- Included within the cost of each entry:-
- One new product displayed on the New Product Showcase at PATS 2026
- Promotion within the Pet Industry Awards Preview emailed out to all pre-registered PATS visitors
- Entry showcased on the PATS website
- Entries will be part of the marketing campaign to buyers in the run up to PATS
- Winners to be announced in a ‘Pet Industry Awards Winners Booklet’ post PATS
- Winners will receive a PR & Marketing digital pack to promote their win
- A ticket to the Awards Dinner will also be included within the cost of the first New Product Entry.
- Payment is to be made via the payment link received upon submission of this form. Submissions made without payment will not be considered.
